Join Woodlands Health in Singapore as a Staff Nurse or Senior Staff Nurse and become part of a pioneering, patient-centered healthcare team. As a member of our nursing team, you will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor progress throughout the patient journey. You will administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, respond swiftly to clinical changes, and maintain stringent infection prevention and control practices. Accurate documentation in our electronic health record system and effective handoffs to the next shift will be essential to ensuring continuity of care. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and mentor junior colleagues, sharing knowledge to elevate clinical practice across the unit.

Responsibility
- Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to patients across various units, prioritizing safety and comfort.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient response to interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, and manage urgent clinical changes with sound clinical judgment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, discharge planning, and patient education.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention and control protocols and maintain high standards of hygiene and documentation.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record and provide clear handoffs during shift changes.
- Mentor and support junior nurses, contribute to ongoing training, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Nursing and valid Singapore Nursing Board Practising Certificate (PN/PHR) for practice in Singapore.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (senior role preferred) with a track record of compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and documentation best practices.
- Resilience, adaptability to a fast-paced hospital environment, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
