Micron Semiconductors is seeking an experienced Staff Product Owner – Quality Management System to join our rapidly growing team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic development and optimization of innovative Industry 4.0 (I4.0) Quality solutions, driving the digital transformation of our global quality management processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products that enhance operational excellence and ensure Micron maintains its high standards in semiconductor manufacturing.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will shape our global quality management vision, ensuring robust, scalable systems that integrate advanced analytics, automation, and agile methodologies. Responsibility
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Micron’s global Quality Management System (QMS) transformation programs.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for I4.0 quality solutions in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Drive process optimization and digitalization across quality management workflows.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure QMS effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Communicate product milestones, progress, and value across global stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Lead global, cross-functional project teams ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Stay abreast of emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices for quality management in semiconductors.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis within high-tech manufacturing, preferably semiconductors.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, industry standards, and digital/Industry 4.0 transformations.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, global projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in process optimization, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and ERP/QMS tools.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are advantageous.
