Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection to create a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the POS system accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Restock shelves, manage inventory, and rotate stock as needed.
- Promote featured products and promotions to increase sales and guest engagement.
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations and shift coverage.
- Follow cash handling procedures and maintain loss-prevention practices.
- Support opening/closing procedures and daily reporting as required.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or retail training is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; English language ability is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; ability to work varied shifts.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads.
