Responsibility
- Lead daily store operations for one or more outlets in Makati/Taguig, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team; schedule shifts and manage performance feedback.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, set realistic targets, and implement action plans to achieve KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, and average transaction value.
- Oversee inventory management, receiving, stock replenishment, shrinkage control, and loss prevention measures.
- Ensure compelling visual merchandising and compliant store presentation to maximize sales opportunity.
- Handle cash management, POS operations, cash control, and financial reporting with accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate with suppliers, promotions, and marketing initiatives; ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation standards and ensure a safe, compliant workplace for staff and guests.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; background in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in retail or hospitality; store management experience is a plus.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, loss prevention, and POS systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work in Makati/Taguig and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
