Quik Key Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Streaming & Search Engine Accounts Specialist to join our growing team in Cebu IT Park. Based in Lahug, Cebu City, this role focuses on managing and optimizing streaming and search engine account campaigns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high performance across multiple platforms. \nAs the Streaming & Search Engine Accounts Specialist, you will own the end-to-end management of streaming platform accounts and search engine listings. You’ll monitor data quality, verify configurations, and drive improvements by interpreting performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, and conversions. You’ll collaborate with Operations, Analytics, and Quality teams to resolve issues and implement best practices that boost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Manage and optimize streaming platform accounts (e.g., live streams, channel profiles) to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Maintain accurate data across multiple dashboards and CRM systems; perform regular audits for quality assurance.
- Monitor performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Analytics, Quality) to resolve issues and implement process enhancements.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely status updates on account performance and tasks.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, platform policies, and company SOPs.
- Prepare concise reports for stakeholders and senior management; present insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains within account management workflows.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, or communications.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or BPO operations; exposure to streaming or digital marketing is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills; clear, professional phone presence.
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with content management and analytics platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities; ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and platform policies; willingness to learn and follow SOPs.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and translate into actionable steps.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
