We are seeking a Work From Home Language Interpreter fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese to join our growing remote team. You will support a variety of customer interactions across call center and service desk channels, including phone, video, and chat sessions. You will document key terminology, maintain glossaries, and collaborate with a remote team to meet service level agreements and quality standards.

Responsibility

  • Provide real-time interpretation between Mandarin and Cantonese speakers and English-speaking teams during calls and virtual meetings
  • Interpret with accuracy and cultural sensitivity while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Prepare and maintain client glossaries and notes to ensure consistency across sessions
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Coordinate scheduling of interpretation sessions and manage workload to meet service levels
  • Assist with written translations of standard documents when needed
  • Record and log sessions, collect feedback, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with remote teams to resolve inquiries efficiently

Qualification
