Join Acquire Intelligence as a Night Shift Success Engineer and play a critical role onsite in Pasig City. You will partner with clients to design, configure, and optimize our solutions to meet their strategic goals. This role blends technical problem solving with proactive customer engagement, ensuring successful adoption and measurable outcomes across enterprise environments.

In this position, you will collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate complex business needs into actionable configurations. You’ll implement onboarding plans, tailor platform features, and drive platform optimization to maximize value for customers. The on-site night shift reflects our commitment to continuous support for global clients while maintaining a strong local presence in the Philippines.

Responsibility

  • Lead onboarding and solution design for new clients, configuring platforms to align with business goals and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate requirements into actionable configurations.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize platform features, including workflows, integrations, and data mappings.
  • Monitor customer health, usage analytics, and success metrics; proactively identify risks and drive remediation plans.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues onsite during night shifts; perform root-cause analysis and coordinate with engineering as needed.
  • Provide end-user training and create knowledge materials to empower customers and reduce time-to-value.
  • Prepare and present periodic success reports, service reviews, and ROI metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, technical support, or solutions engineering within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, APIs, data mapping, and basic data analysis (SQL is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Pasig and participate in a night shift schedule; reliable and punctual.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, strong project management, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, AWS/Azure, or vendor-specific programs are a plus.
