Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a results-driven Supervisor Finance Control to lead operational finance activities in Jakarta. In this role, you will oversee daily financial operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and treasury activities. You will champion timely monthly closes, accurate management reports, and compliant statutory filings. You will also own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to optimize costs and maximize cash flow.

Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a finance control team responsible for accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and related financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Guarantee timely monthly closes, accurate financial statements, and meaningful management reporting for senior leadership.
- Develop and enforce robust internal controls, policies, and procedures to support compliance and audit readiness.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to optimize costs, improve cash flow, and support business decisions.
- Oversee treasury activities, cash flow planning, working capital optimization, and bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and tax to drive process improvements and cost controls.
- Lead automation and streamlining of financial reporting processes to reduce cycle times and improve data quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA/CA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial control roles; prior leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax compliance; ability to interpret regulations and implement controls.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel; experience with reporting tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; capable of presenting complex data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small team in a fast-paced environment; results-driven with strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; strong written and verbal communication abilities; able to work cross-functionally across departments.
