Responsibility
- Supervise daily accounting operations and coordinate tasks among the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Review, analyze, and approve financial statements and reports prepared by junior staff.
- Act as a primary contact for clients, addressing queries, and ensuring exceptional client service.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Mentor, coach, and provide training for junior accountants to support their professional growth.
- Participate in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives within the practice.
- Handle audit assignments, including planning, execution, and reporting phases.
- Assist in business development activities and strengthening client relationships.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree and professional certification are advantageous).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm or similar role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK) and audit procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with accounting and tax software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, SAP, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
