As a Supervisor - PUFFA, you will be accountable for supervising the production floor, ensuring that operations run safely, efficiently, and within quality specifications. You will lead a team of line operators, coordinate with maintenance and procurement, and work with supervisors from other lines to optimize overall line balance.
Your daily duties include monitoring production plans, coordinating shift staffing, addressing bottlenecks, and escalating issues with clear, data-driven reporting. You will implement lean methods such as 5S, visual management, and standard work to standardize processes and improve throughput.

Responsibility
- Direct and supervise production line activities to meet daily targets and quality standards.
- Plan and allocate resources, coordinate with maintenance and logistics to minimize downtime.
- Monitor safety, hygiene, and quality assurance; enforce company policies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, implement Lean, 5S, and standard work.
- Train and mentor team members; conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Collaborate with QA to resolve non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare production reports, analyze KPIs, and communicate results to management.
- Assist with shift scheduling and manpower planning to ensure adequate coverage.
Qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision or production leadership.
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, Operations, Industrial, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and basic quality standards (ISO, GMP).
- Ability to read production schedules, manage line setup, and use ERP/MIS tools.
- Safety-focused mindset with experience implementing safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data-driven with analytical mindset and reporting skills.
