Precision Installations is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Supply Chain Co-ordinator to support DPI’s projects by managing the end-to-end flow of materials, equipment, and supplier services. Based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, this contract role offers the opportunity to collaborate with procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
In this role you will coordinate material planning, supplier logistics, order expediting, and inventory control while maintaining accurate records in our ERP system. You will build strong relationships with vendors and freight forwarders, monitor performance, and continuously seek improvements to reduce lead times and minimize risk across project delivery.

Responsibility
- Plan and monitor end-to-end material flow for DPI projects, from purchase requisition to delivery on site.
- Coordinate procurement, shipping, receiving, and assembly of materials and equipment in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Track supplier performance, manage vendor communications, and escalate issues as needed.
- Expedite overdue orders and adjust schedules to mitigate project delays.
- Maintain accurate inventory, shipping documents, and ERP entries; ensure data integrity for reporting.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and site teams to optimize the supply chain and reduce lead times.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, procurement, or logistics (in manufacturing or construction environments preferred).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and strong Excel skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and regulatory compliance; bilingual in Indonesian and English is a plus.
