Join IBEX Global Solutions as a Supply Services Reporting Analyst, a remote-first role within the Procurement domain. This midshift position focuses on delivering accurate, timely insights across Goods & Services, and Connectivity teams. You will manage end-to-end reporting for purchase orders, invoices, and internal orders, translating data into actionable recommendations that drive efficiency and cost control.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain Power BI dashboards and Coupa-based reports, ensuring data integrity and stakeholder alignment. The role offers an opportunity to showcase your analytical flair, data storytelling skills, and process improvement mindset in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key responsibilities include building scalable reports, monitoring data quality, automating reports, and providing ad-hoc analyses to support procurement decisions. Responsibility
- Deliver end-to-end procurement reporting for Goods & Services, and Connectivity teams, focusing on POs, invoices, and internal orders.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and Coupa-based reports that provide clear, actionable insights.
- Monitor data quality, perform data validation, and reconcile discrepancies across multiple systems.
- Automate report distribution, scheduling, and alerts to stakeholders across time zones.
- Analyze spend, cycle times, PO aging, and vendor performance to support budgeting and cost control.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into measurable KPIs.
- Provide ad-hoc analyses and data storytelling to influence strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and procurement policies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, information systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement reporting or analytics; solid Power BI skills and familiarity with Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate large datasets; basic SQL or data querying knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to data quality and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a remote setup and in a midshift environment; reliable internet connectivity and self-management.
- Knowledge of procurement processes (POs, invoices, internal orders) and internal controls.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
