Ben Edictio Corp is seeking a System Deployment & Project Manager to lead complex deployment initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions across the organization. This role blends strategic project management with rigorous risk governance and technical oversight, ensuring deployments meet quality, security, and business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, risk, and operations, driving alignment between technical execution and business outcomes.
As the System Deployment & Project Manager, you will own the deployment lifecycle from planning through go-live and stabilization. You will define scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans while maintaining tight governance, control, and reporting. You will also lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and champion best practices in release management, change control, and quality assurance. Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end system deployment projects from initiation to go-live and stabilization
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, risk, and resource plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, security, operations, and vendors
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage issues and change control throughout the deployment lifecycle
- Develop and maintain deployment playbooks, templates, and documentation for repeatable success
- Communicate status with stakeholders, facilitate decision making, and manage expectations
- Provide technical oversight during deployment activities, including configuration, testing, validation, and cutover planning
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements and align with governance standards
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management or systems deployment experience
- Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies, release management, change management, and ITIL practices
- Proven experience with risk management and stakeholder management across enterprise projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience coordinating with vendors and contractors; ability to negotiate and manage contracts
- PMI (PMP, CAPM) or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Ability to work in Taguig City, Metro Manila and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
