Responsibility
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, BPMN/UML diagrams, data dictionaries, and functional specifications.
- Analyze current processes and systems to identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Map data flows and interfaces to support system integration and future-state design.
- Develop and maintain traceability matrices to link requirements with tests, designs, and implementations.
- Partner with QA to define acceptance criteria and support comprehensive testing across the SDLC.
- Provide data-driven insights through analysis, reporting, and stakeholder-friendly visuals.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and communications to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of systems analysis or related experience in IT projects.
- Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation, process modeling (BPMN, UML), and documentation.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis to support decision making.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies; experience with Jira or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and solve problems creatively.
