Systems Analyst

As a Systems Analyst, you’ll translate business needs into detailed specifications, models, and user stories. You’ll contribute to the planning, design, and testing phases, ensuring solutions meet expectations and deliver measurable value. What you’ll own:

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Model business processes using BPMN and system components using UML.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with product, engineering, and QA to ensure successful delivery across the SDLC.
• Assist in testing, UAT, and requirements traceability to prevent scope creep.
• Support change management and post-implementation optimization efforts.
