As a Systems Analyst, you’ll translate business needs into detailed specifications, models, and user stories. You’ll contribute to the planning, design, and testing phases, ensuring solutions meet expectations and deliver measurable value. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to influence product strategy and process optimization.
What you’ll own:
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Model business processes using BPMN and system components using UML.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with product, engineering, and QA to ensure successful delivery across the SDLC.
- Assist in testing, UAT, and requirements traceability to prevent scope creep.
- Support change management and post-implementation optimization efforts.
Responsibility
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders
- Develop process models and specifications using BPMN/UML
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and operations to ensure successful delivery
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Assist in test planning, user acceptance testing, and traceability
- Support change management and post-implementation optimization
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of systems analysis, business analysis, or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency with BPMN and UML modeling
- Experience with SQL and data analysis
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Jira/Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to document clearly and maintain traceability
