Responsibility
- Gather and document business, system, and data requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze current state processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with IT, product, and QA to design effective, scalable system solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact analyses, and risk assessments to inform decisions.
- Develop and execute test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and verify acceptance criteria.
- Support system implementations, data migrations, and organizational change management.
- Create and maintain process diagrams and data-flow models to communicate complex concepts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of systems analysis or business analyst experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Experience with requirements management and modeling tools (Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML).
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL basics; proficient in data querying and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) are a plus.
