In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to capture needs, model end‑to‑end processes, and translate requirements into practical technical specifications for developers and QA.

Responsibility
- Elicit and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Assess current systems and document gaps, risks, and opportunities.
- Model business processes using BPMN and UML diagrams to communicate solutions.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, data models, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure feasible, high‑quality solutions.
- Facilitate design reviews, UAT planning, and change control processes.
- Maintain requirements traceability and manage scope changes effectively.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of systems analysis or business analysis experience.
- Strong ability to elicit and document requirements and translate them into technical specs.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases; data modeling skills.
- Proficiency with BPMN/UML and process modeling tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative skills.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are a plus.
