Northbridge Tech Solutions is seeking a results-driven Systems Analyst to join our growing IT consulting team in Austin, TX. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements, design feasible solutions, and help deliver high-impact technology programs.
As a Systems Analyst, you will bridge business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality systems that drive measurable value.
Responsibility
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit clear business requirements and define success criteria.
- Analyze current-state processes and data flows; create process maps, data models, and system specifications.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA to design, prototype, and validate solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation (BRDs, FRDs, use cases, data dictionaries) and contribute to knowledge bases.
- Support system integrations, data migration planning, and ensure data quality and compliance.
- Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing; assist with training and change management initiatives.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and timelines; provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of systems analysis, business analysis, or IT project delivery experience.
- Strong requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN/UML), data modeling, and clear documentation.
- Experience with SQL and data-driven analysis; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies; Jira/Confluence experience preferred.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
