As part of Veridian IT Solutions, you will partner with product managers, developers, and executives to shape system design, optimize processes, and ensure successful delivery.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate system requirements, ensuring clarity and traceability.
- Analyze current-state processes and data flows; model future-state solutions using BPMN and UML.
- Define functional specifications, use cases, data dictionaries, and data mappings for cross-functional teams.
- Lead requirements workshops, facilitate decision-making, and manage change impact assessments.
- Develop and execute test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure requirements traceability.
- Partner with IT, QA, and vendor teams to design, integrate, and implement scalable solutions.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Systems Analysis or Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with BPMN, UML, data modeling, and data mapping; SQL basics.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and integration patterns (APIs, ETL).
- Experience in Agile environments; knowledge of Scrum is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
