What you’ll do as a Systems Analyst:
Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate system requirements and business rules.
- Analyze current systems, data flows, interfaces, and risks; produce gap analyses and optimization recommendations.
- Develop clear functional specifications, use cases, process models, data dictionaries, and traceability matrices.
- Partner with product managers, architects, and engineers to translate requirements into actionable design and test plans.
- Lead or participate in requirement workshops, demos, and user acceptance testing sessions.
- Support system integration efforts, vendor evaluations, and migration strategies by evaluating technical options and risks.
- Monitor solution performance post-implementation, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years as a systems analyst, business analyst, or related role within IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, UML, data modeling, process mapping, and requirements management.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems, integrations, APIs, and data migration projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to facilitate workshops and align stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL or data analysis; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
