As a Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, model processes, and translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for development teams. You will play a key role in improving system performance, data integrity, and user satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business users and stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze current systems to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop process models, data flows, and use cases using BPMN, UML, and related methodologies.
- Translate business needs into detailed specifications for developers, QA teams, and vendors.
- Collaborate with IT, data, and operations teams to design efficient, scalable solutions.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution throughout project lifecycles.
- Track requirements traceability and ensure alignment with regulatory, security, and compliance standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role in a technology-focused organization
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis; experience with data modeling
- Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems and integration projects
- Proficiency in modeling techniques (UML, BPMN) and requirement traceability
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment
