Responsibility

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end tax advisory assignments for Australian clients, focusing on GST, VAT, corporate tax, and cross-border considerations.
  • Support IPO structuring and capital-raising initiatives with tax-efficient strategies and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and review tax computations, return filings, and related documentation for Australian entities.
  • Conduct tax research and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian and Philippine tax laws affecting clients.
  • Collaborate with senior partners and stakeholders to develop practical tax solutions and present findings clearly.
  • Assist in tax provision processes, risk assessments, and transfer pricing analyses as needed.
  • Mentor and review work of junior team members, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of tax advisory experience, ideally within a Big Four firm or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian tax concepts, including GST, corporate tax, and transfer pricing; familiarity with IPO structuring is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex tax concepts clearly to stakeholders and clients.
  • Proficient in tax software and MS Office; ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
