Responsibility
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service to all guests.
- Assist with day-to-day hospitality operations, including seating, order taking, and serving food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless and enjoyable guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Support setup and closing procedures as required by management.
- Uphold company standards for quality, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service delivery.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college background in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
