Responsibility
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to copiers, printers, and other IT hardware
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware systems
- Collaborate with team members to provide efficient and effective technical support
- Train end users on proper use of hardware systems
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
Qualification
