Responsibility
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for IT-enabled initiatives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Map current business processes and design future-state workflows to improve efficiency and governance.
- Support system integrations, data migration, and configuration activities across ERP/CRM platforms.
- Assist with configuration, testing, and validation of solutions in line with SDLC and QA standards.
- Participate in stakeholder communications, status reporting, and risk mitigation planning.
- Coordinate with technical teams on design, development, and deployment of cloud-enabled or on-premises solutions.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and documentation to enable client self-sufficiency.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a techno-functional or business analysis role within IT projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into actionable requirements.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, data models, and integration concepts.
- Proficiency in requirement elicitation, process mapping, and user acceptance testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities in a diverse, global team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a high-performing delivery team.
