We are seeking a dynamic Tourism Experience & Partnerships Lead to own the development of immersive itineraries, forge strategic partnerships, and elevate guest satisfaction for our growing portfolio of programs in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The role combines strategy, relationship-building, and hands-on execution. You will collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and operations to push growth while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibility

  • Develop and manage partnerships with hotels, tour operators, attractions, and local businesses to create compelling itineraries.
  • Lead experience design for tours, activities, and events; ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and safety.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive pipeline, campaigns, and revenue goals.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, budgets, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage a cross-functional team of coordinators and guides; mentor and develop talent.
  • Analyze market trends, guest feedback, and competitive offerings to refine itineraries.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and inbound partner meetings.

Qualification

  • 5+ years in tourism, hospitality, or travel experiences with a proven record in partnerships.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and contract administration skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Indonesian, or Thai) a plus.
  • Project management, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Data-driven mindset with familiarity using CRM systems and analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and work flexible hours as needed.
