In this role, you’ll collaborate with product, partnerships, and destination teams to build compelling itineraries, optimize brand messaging, and scale marketing programs that drive bookings and lasting loyalty.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated tourism marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, and partner channels to attract target travelers.
- Collaborate with product, partnerships, and destination teams to craft compelling itineraries and experiences.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to maximize ROI.
- Lead content strategy including blog, guides, video, and social media to inspire travel decisions.
- Optimize campaigns through SEO/SEM, analytics, and A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Build and nurture partnerships with local tourism boards, hotels, influencers, and tour operators.
- Analyze performance data, prepare dashboards, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and co-branded campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality marketing.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and cross-functional teams.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio) and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media best practices.
- Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Catalan is a plus; willingness to travel as needed.
