Responsibility

  • Lead daily kitchen operations to ensure authentic preparation, quality, and efficient service.
  • Develop and refine traditional menu items and seasonal specials that celebrate regional flavors.
  • Maintain HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards across all stations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise culinary staff; set schedules and evaluate performance.

Qualification
