You will optimize fleet utilization, safety, and service levels across multiple channels including last mile delivery, intermodal shipments, and commuter services.

Responsibility
- Ensure safe, compliant and on time transportation operations across all modes
- Lead fleet scheduling, route optimization, and capacity planning using analytics
- Partner with procurement, maintenance, and HR to align resources
- Implement performance metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships, carrier selection, and contract negotiations
- Drive safety programs, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve routing tech and user experience
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or related field
- 5+ years in transportation operations, fleet management, or logistics leadership
- Strong data analysis and proficiency with Excel, SQL, or BI tools
- Experience with fleet management systems, WMS, and TMS
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance for transportation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to work cross functionally in a fast paced environment
