Join Panca Amara Utama as a Travel Desk Supervisor and lead the travel management function across multiple sites. Responsibility

  • Oversee end to end travel coordination for employees across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
  • Manage travel bookings, visa and accommodation arrangements, and ground transportation while optimizing costs and safety.
  • Enforce and administer travel policy compliance, approval workflows, and expense controls.
  • Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to secure favorable rates and terms.
  • Monitor and report travel spend, budgeting, and forecasting to finance and leadership.
  • Support risk management and duty of care, including travel itineraries and contingency planning.
  • Lead and mentor a travel desk team, providing training and continuous process improvements.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate travel management or a travel desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, expense management, and policy compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions such as HR, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Proven negotiation skills with preferred suppliers (airlines, hotels, travel agencies).
  • Detail oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast paced, multi location environment.
