Join Private Advertiser as a Travel Operation Executive and play a pivotal role in delivering seamless travel experiences for clients in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage daily travel operations, coordinate bookings, and respond to customer requests with professionalism, accuracy, and a service-first mindset.
In this role, you will handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, ground transportation, visa support where needed, and itinerary planning. You will collaborate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to confirm reservations, monitor changes, and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. You will also maintain traveler profiles in our CRM, track requests, and generate clear, timely updates for travelers and internal teams.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily travel operations including booking flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities to meet client requirements and timelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic service.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, ground transport providers, and ancillary vendors to secure reservations, manage changes, and handle cancellations.
- Create and maintain accurate itineraries and traveler profiles in the CRM; keep clients and internal teams informed of updates.
- Monitor trips for exceptions, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with partners to provide quick resolutions and proactive alternatives.
- Generate reports on bookings, revenue, and KPIs; assist with invoicing, billing, and reconciliation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and data privacy standards; contribute to process improvements and training.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years in travel operations, reservations, or customer service; visa/tourism support preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; fluent English; knowledge of local languages a plus.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail; able to prioritize under pressure.
- Proficiency with travel management systems, CRM software, and MS Excel; familiarity with GDS is a plus.
- Customer-centric mindset; ability to work independently and in a team; strong follow-through.
- Knowledge of Malaysian travel regulations and visa requirements; willingness to learn.
