Join Private Advertiser as Travel Operations Manager (Remote) and lead the end-to-end travel operations for a fast-growing business based in Bandar Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. This is a hands-on leadership role that seeks a seasoned travel operations professional who can design scalable processes, optimize traveler journeys, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional service. You will be accountable for the performance of our travel programs, ensuring seamless coordination with suppliers, carriers, and partners while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

As a core member of the leadership team, you will shape operational strategy, implement data-driven improvements, and manage a distributed team and vendor network. Your daily responsibilities will include optimizing booking workflows, negotiating favorable terms, and implementing technology-enabled solutions that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve on-time delivery. Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end travel operations, including booking workflows, supplier management, and traveler support.
  • Develop and optimize scalable processes to support growth and improve on-time performance.
  • Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing with travel suppliers, airlines, hotels, and ground transport partners.
  • Monitor KPIs, generate insights from data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and finance teams to implement tech-enabled travel solutions.
  • Manage risk, compliance, and traveler safety policies for a remote or distributed team.
  • Lead and mentor a distributed operations team, setting performance standards and conducting regular reviews.
  • Oversee budgeting and cost control for travel programs while maintaining high traveler satisfaction.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of travel operations or logistics experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or travel tech.
