Your responsibilities include providing high-quality Tuina sessions, performing assessments, designing customized treatment plans, and supporting clients on their wellness journey. Responsibility
- Conduct initial assessments and create tailored Tuina treatment plans based on client health history and goals.
- Perform Tuina massage sessions with appropriate pressure and techniques to relieve pain, improve circulation, and reduce stress.
- Develop personalized care plans and monitor progress, adjusting techniques as needed to maximize outcomes.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and equipment sanitation in the treatment areas.
- Document treatment notes and client progress in secure clinical records, ensuring privacy and data protection.
- Educate clients on self-care, home exercises, and post-session routines to extend benefits.
- Collaborate with physicians, wellness staff, and other practitioners to coordinate integrated care for clients.
- Adhere to clinic protocols, schedules, and professional ethical standards to ensure consistent service quality.
Qualification
- Certification in Tuina or Traditional Chinese Medicine based massage; an official diploma or degree in a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on Tuina massage experience; clinic or hospital settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain treatments clearly to clients.
- Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and fundamental Chinese medicine concepts.
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
