This is a rare opportunity to impact a growing product suite and own end-to-end experiences.
What we offer includes a competitive compensation package, flexible work arrangements, a generous learning budget, and a collaborative culture that values craft, curiosity, and impact.
Responsibility

- Translate user research and analytics into clear architectures, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ship high-quality interfaces on time.
- Develop and maintain an adaptable design system with components, patterns, and guidelines for consistency.
- Prototype interactions to validate ideas and communicate design intent to cross-functional partners.
- Conduct usability testing, synthesize findings, and iterate designs based on feedback and metrics.
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design across all products (WCAG 2.1+).
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
Qualification
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products, preferably SaaS or B2B.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and design systems leadership.
- Proficiency in Figma; experience with prototyping tools (InVision, Principle) and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment and delivering on tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a data-informed design approach.
- Deep commitment to accessibility, usability, and inclusive design practices.
- Ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for users while balancing technical constraints.
