Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile features, from research through implementation.
- Translate user insights into intuitive IA, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Design and maintain scalable design systems, components, and style guides.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to define requirements, metrics, and success criteria.
- Conduct usability testing, synthesize findings, and iterate designs accordingly.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, storytelling visuals, and developer-ready assets.
- Advocate for accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design across all projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile work.
- Proficiency in Figma (and familiarity with Sketch/Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of Interaction Design, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
- Experience designing responsive layouts and design systems; ability to create scalable components.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
