Job description
We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer to join our design-driven team in Austin. You will craft intuitive interfaces, build design systems, and mentor junior designers. This role blends user research, interaction design, and visual craft to deliver delightful digital products across web and mobile platforms.
As a key member of our product team, you will translate complex user needs into elegant, scalable solutions that balance business goals with user empathy. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to drive the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile apps across product teams
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and research to translate user needs into elegant solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Design and maintain design systems and components for consistency
- Conduct usability testing, synthesize findings, and iterate on designs
- Mentor junior designers and participate in design reviews
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across products
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of UI/UX design experience in SaaS or digital products
- Strong portfolio with case studies showing process from research to delivery
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with prototyping tools (InVision, Framer)
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design
- Foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS; ability to discuss feasibility with engineering
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
