Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Unit Manager to join our team at KPJ Healthcare in Damansara, Selangor. As a Unit Manager for ICU/CCU/CICU/NICU/HDU/PICU, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the specialized units within the hospital.
Responsibility
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the ICU/CCU/CICU/NICU/HDU/PICU units
- Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to optimize patient outcomes
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance unit efficiency
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing and support staff
Qualification
- Registered Nurse with valid license
- Previous experience in ICU/CCU/CICU/NICU/HDU/PICU management
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
