Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care, triage, and routine assessments in a clinic setting
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses under supervision
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and basic IV management as appropriate
- Monitor vital signs, document findings, and escalate concerns to the physician promptly
- Support patient education on treatments, medications, and preventive care
- Assist with procedures and ensure sterile technique and infection control
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system and support clinic operations
Qualification
- Valid nursing license and registration
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a primary care, clinic, or hospital setting
- Proficient in vital signs assessment, patient assessment, and basic nursing procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain medical information to patients clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable with EMR documentation
