Foundever is seeking a US Payroll Specialist to join our team in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of US payroll experience in a BPO setting. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns related to payroll. You will also handle escalations from customers and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.
Responsibility
- Respond to customer queries and concerns regarding payroll
- Handle escalations from customers
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing payroll
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll issues
- Maintain confidentiality and data security in payroll processes
Qualification
- 1 year of US payroll experience in a BPO setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
