We are looking for a proactive Video Producer to lead end to end projects from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with creative directors, editors, and on set teams to ensure high production value and on time delivery.
This role blends creative direction with project management, requiring a hands on approach to planning, scouting, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating shoot days while maintaining strict quality standards.

Responsibility
- Lead development of production plans including concept pitches, shot lists, and production calendars
- Manage pre production tasks such as budgeting, permits, location scouting, and crew call sheets
- Oversee on set operations including director coordination, lighting and audio supervision, and safety compliance
- Collaborate with editors and colorists to ensure smooth handoff to post production
- Ensure brand consistency and creative vision across all deliverables
- Negotiate vendor contracts, equipment rentals, and schedule vendors and talent
- Track project milestones and risk management, providing regular status updates to stakeholders
- Deliver final assets on time and within budget with comprehensive post production packaging
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in film, communications, or related field or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of production experience in film or video production environments
- Strong on set leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition; familiarity with Final Cut Pro is a plus
- Experience coordinating shoots, locations, permits, and talent
- Solid understanding of lighting, sound, and camera workflows; ability to troubleshoot on set
- Basic color correction and mastering knowledge; understanding of post production pipelines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to tight deadlines
