As a VIP Supervisor, you will lead and elevate the guest experience from arrival to departure, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to personalized service. You will coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver seamless, one-of-a-kind experiences, from bespoke arrivals to exclusive in-room celebrations.

You will manage VIP suites and special requests with meticulous attention to detail, while mentoring frontline staff to uphold service standards, anticipate guest needs, and resolve issues with grace. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure during peak periods or event-driven assignments.

Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day VIP guest services across outlets to ensure seamless luxury experiences.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to align service delivery with guest preferences.
  • Manage VIP suites, amenities, and special requests with precision and discretion.
  • Coach and mentor front-line staff to uphold brand standards, elevate service quality, and resolve guest issues promptly.
  • Monitor service quality, collect feedback, and implement improvements to maintain high satisfaction scores.
  • Plan and execute VIP events, private dining experiences, and exclusive experiences in collaboration with culinary teams.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, security, and brand policies while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to anticipate guest needs and foster loyalty among high-value guests.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles, preferably in luxury properties.
  • Exceptional guest service mindset with strong emotional intelligence and a professional demeanor.
