Responsibility
- Coordinate volunteer activities and scheduling across programs to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and supervision of new volunteers.
- Support event planning, logistics, and on-site management for community programs.
- Track program outcomes, collect feedback, and maintain project documentation.
- Contribute to outreach, recruitment campaigns, and partner communications.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and outreach materials.
- Collaborate with staff to plan and run community events and workshops.
Qualification
- Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant field (nonprofit studies, social sciences, marketing, or related disciplines) or equivalent volunteer experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and work across multiple programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with donor databases/CRM is a plus.
- Experience in event planning or project coordination is preferred.
- Passion for community service, equity, and inclusive programming.
