HopeSpring Community Foundation is seeking a proactive Volunteer Outreach Coordinator to expand our community impact in Austin. This part-time role is ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience in nonprofit outreach, event coordination, and volunteer engagement.

Responsibility
- Recruit and onboard volunteers for programs and events
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for outreach activities
- Represent the organization at community events and partner sites
- Maintain volunteer database and records
- Support donor and partner communications
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Collect feedback and measure program impact
Qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for community service and volunteering
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience with nonprofit volunteer programs is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM is a plus
- Availability to commit 8-12 hours per week
- Bilingual in English preferred (optional)
