As a Waiter, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering warm, professional service from greeting to departure. You will take accurate orders, present menu recommendations, and leverage menu knowledge to upsell featured dishes and beverages, helping to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant performance. You will maintain a clean, organized dining area, promptly reset tables between parties, and ensure all service standards are met in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration is key at PT Adatama Daya Kiara. You will work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely delivery, communicate guest needs, and resolve issues with courtesy and professionalism. You will be trained on product knowledge, service protocols, and safety practices to ensure consistent guest experiences.

Responsibility
- Provide attentive, guest-focused service to patrons in the outlet, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take accurate orders, relay requests to the kitchen, and upsell menu items and daily specials to boost guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, beverages, and dietary options to answer questions and make informed recommendations.
- Keep the dining area clean and organized; promptly reset tables and manage side work during shifts.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with courtesy, professionalism, and empathy.
- Assist with opening/closing duties, stock checks, and basic cash handling as required.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience is preferred.
- Proven experience as a waiter or in a customer-facing hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to upsell and meet individual and team sales targets.
- Basic arithmetic and cash handling; comfortable with POS systems.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus; strong teamwork mindset.
