Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and provide informed recommendations from the menu
- Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages with precision and timing
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas and tables between guests
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Uphold safety, hygiene, and alcohol service guidelines; handle payments and close checks when needed
Qualification
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and POS experience; comfortable handling payments
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong teamwork
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
