Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a dedicated Waitress to join our hospitality team in Banten. In this role, you will be the face of our dining experience, delivering attentive service and ensuring guest satisfaction from entry to departure. The ideal candidate brings warmth, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality. You will work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and guest care are the top priorities.
As a Waitress, you will greet guests, present menus, and take accurate orders. You will collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages, while offering recommendations and up selling specials to enhance the guest experience. You will maintain dining area cleanliness, reset tables, manage dining station organization, and adhere to hygiene and safety standards. You will handle payments at the point of sale, process cash or card transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling practices. The role also requires proactively addressing guest requests, monitoring guest satisfaction, and following sustainable service practices. We are looking for applicants who are reliable, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast paced setting. Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus. Prior experience in restaurants, cafes, or hotels is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide on the job training. Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and determine their needs while offering menus and recommendations
- Take accurate orders and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner, check on guests and upsell specials
- Handle POS transactions, process payments, and manage cash accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, reset tables, and ensure hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team to deliver a seamless dining experience and respond to guest requests
Qualification
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Indonesian; English is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus and service etiquette
- Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash
- High standards of hygiene, reliability, and a professional appearance
