Private Advertiser is seeking a friendly and professional Waitress to join our Bali hospitality team in Denpasar Selatan. In this full-time role, you will be the face of our restaurant, warmly greeting guests, presenting menus, and guiding them through the dining experience. Accurate order taking, timely service, and flawless guest care are essential to ensure every guest leaves with a memorable impression. You will collaborate with kitchen and bar colleagues to deliver top-quality meals and beverages while maintaining a clean, organized dining area.

Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly, seat them promptly, and present menus to ensure a positive first impression.
- Take accurate orders, upsell beverages and desserts when appropriate, and relay requests to the kitchen and bar with precision.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous manner, ensuring order accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and maintain smooth service flow.
- Handle guest payments with accuracy, manage POS transactions, and balance cash at shift end.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area, assist with side duties, and uphold health and safety standards.
- Provide attentive service in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm, professional, and friendly.
Qualification
- Prior experience as a waitress or in a customer-facing hospitality role is a plus, but we are open to training strong communicators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, can-do attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills; comfortable with POS systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Team player with a professional appearance and strong customer-service mindset.
