Responsibility
- Receive, unload, and properly store incoming goods using established receiving procedures.
- Pick and pack orders according to pick lists, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (pallet jack; forklift certification preferred) and report any maintenance needs.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, update the WMS, and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare items for shipping, label shipments correctly, and coordinate with carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety policies.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production and performance targets.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus.
- 1 year of warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners; basic computer skills required.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus or willingness to obtain on-site training.
