NovaLogix Distribution is hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our fast-growing team in Dallas, TX. You will handle daily warehousing tasks, maintain inventory accuracy, and support shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments
- Accurately store inventory and maintain organized warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with accuracy
- Operate RF scanners and warehouse management system to update stock levels
- Load and unload outbound shipments; assist with loading dock activities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards; report any hazards
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery
Qualification
- 1 year of warehouse experience preferred; willing to train motivated entry-level candidates
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to become certified
- Proficiency with basic computer applications; familiarity with RF scanners is a plus
