As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for receiving incoming stock, organizing storage, and ensuring accurate inventory control. You will handle order picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch, while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. You will collaborate with procurement, inventory control, and distribution teams to meet deadlines and maintain stock accuracy in a dynamic fashion operation.

Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming shipments in a timely and organized manner.
- Unload and store goods, ensuring proper storage conditions and FIFO inventory management.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system and manual logs as needed.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to retailers and customers.
- Prepare goods for loading and coordinate with carriers for outbound shipments.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas; operate warehouse equipment as trained (e.g., forklift).
- Assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation; report discrepancies promptly.
- Follow safety policies and participate in regular safety trainings.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills; familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25-50 kg) and perform physical tasks safely.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory control.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including potentially weekends or overtime as needed.
- Valid data entry and basic reporting ability; willingness to learn new processes.
